Infrared technology installations are used in many automotive applications. They are on the main lines of car manufacturers, in repair booths, on the sides of the lines but also at the main suppliers of automotive parts (exterior and interior plastic parts, painted and bonded parts). 

Infrared tunnels are normally integrated at the entrance of conventional ovens, whether for doping or a bi-tone drying phase. Automotive retouching installations range from simple IR cassettes to mobile or static IR arches for very variable repair sizes (quick spot, spot repair, full panel repairs). Installations dedicated to the sealants, waxes or glues are often autonomous and operate in a continuous or step-by-step process. Chaudelec Systèmes Industriels infrared installations are mostly made from a specific customer request and therefore designed specifically for our customer's needs.
