Polymerization, curing for varnishes and adhesives on glass in automotive by infrared and ultraviolet technologies

Infrared and ultraviolet technologies offer complementary benefits in paints, coatings, and varnishes curing on glass and ceramics for automotive lines or automotive parts suppliers.

The infrared radiation passes through the coating layer and penetrates the glass to cure from inside to outside. This process significantly improves curing / polymerization time and quality by reducing issues such as bubbling and pickling.
