Infrared speed-up tunnels for existing convection ovens by Chaudelec

CSI develops tailor-made IR tunnels that enhance existing convection ovens. These infrared speed-up tunnels are engineered to speed up the heat-up rate, eliminate specific cold points on or beneath the vehicle, or simply improve the quality and temperature profiles for better quality and consistency.

Infrared speed-up tunnels can be placed in front of existing ovens, in the oven entry or even in the convection oven itself. Ventilation for the IR section is totally independent from the oven air. Therefore, installing an infrared speed up tunnel does not change the quality and the balance of the convection ovens.

Speed-up solutions can be applied to vehicle surfaces or specific points,  for precisely defined radiation, only heating a specific point on the X, Y and Z axes.
Speed-up installations are available in both electric infrared and gas infrared versions depending on the conditions and requirements.
