Quick Spot infrared Touch-up Systems by CSI

Quick Spot infrared touch-up systems are widely appreciated for their ability to drastically reduce touch-up times and production losses associated with removing vehicles from the main production line.

In terms of sizes, CSI’s quick spot infrared panels are available in formats ranging from the size of a coin to an A4 sheet. Curing times range from 34 to 60 seconds, depending on the type of paint and automotive manufacturers’ practices.

Originally designed for manual operation, some recent quick spot infrared touch-up systems have been reengineered with arms that follow the vehicle along a conveyor belt. This new IR systems configuration eliminates the need to remove vehicles from the main production line, preserving workflow and enhancing efficiency.
