Sealants Pre-gel or curing infrared systems on automotive lines

Chaudelec Systèmes Industriels (CSI) designs and implements pre-gel installations for sealants / waxes on automotive production lines. Due to a strong experience and knowledge in sealants pre-gel by short infrared, the installations from CSI are optimized for the best result with the lowest energy cost. Our infrared systems heat only the sealants areas without a global increase of the car body. The result is also a very fast and efficient cooling. 

CSI’s IR systems can work and pre-gel sealants on vehicles in both step-by-step and continuous processes. Temperature control is guaranteed through pyrometer regulation. An efficient monitoring of production allows the right consumption for a reliable result.

Oven for sealer pre curing in the automotive industry

Sometimes, it happens that the precuring of sealer must be done in a paint curing classical oven. It is why CSI has developed infrared panels able to work in hot air environments without air balance changes between the oven and the IR area.
