Soundproofing plates and various vehicle parts heating by short infrared preheating systems

This kind of installation can be equipped with a drawer for automated cycles of 10 to 20 seconds where the operator put and remove each part one after one.

Alternatively, soundproofing plates can be processed in stacks of parts that the operator will remove one after one.

In both cases, a pyrometer control adjusts infrared power based on the actual temperature of the vehicle parts or soundproofing plates with ability to consider several areas of heating.

All CSI infrared systems feature a touchscreen interface, allowing operators to set temperature, cycle duration, and access maintenance or diagnostic functions.
