The gas infrared boosting arches are positioned at the entrance of current ovens that do not meet factory performances in terms of productivity (increase in production, more massive parts, etc.) or quality (cold spots, non-compliant curves).
Although the gas infrared (IR) boosting ovens are typically added at the oven’s entrance, they can also be integrated into an air curtain or even in a convective section.
Chaudelec Systèmes Industriels (CSI) designs gas infrared arches to enhance any paint line on Customer request and after a detailed analysis of the current equipment. The objective is not to change the maximum, but at the opposite, to put the right thing in the right place for the best performance.
The gas IR boost can be given to a global surface as traditional ovens or to a specific point for precisely specified radiation.
Gas IR Power density is also adapted to the process. CSI gas infrared burners can provide power densities of up to 250 kW/m² as well as much lower IR densities if the parts or products do not permit important temperature ramps.
