Infrared curing panels: Enhancing Existing Ovens with Modular IR Solutions

Chaudelec Systèmes Industriels (CSI) also designs compact IR systems which can be limited to one or several infrared panels.

These IR panels can be used as an extra element to enhance existing ovens, increasing speed, targeting specific cold points, improving temperature curves. In that case, the infrared panels are generally placed at the entrance of existing ovens.

The infrared panels can be used also as a standalone solution.  Here, the modular IR panels are mounted in front of the parts to heated and can be integrated in a specific tunnel, an IR area or simply mounted on supports. When used in this way, it is possible to use filtered infrared emitters to prevent dazzling and ensure operator safety.  

Like larger installations, IR panels can answer a wide range of power densities over a wide range of wavelengths, offering flexibility for various applications.

The IR panels are delivered with or without their electrical box/cabinet and process.
