Flooring Electric Infrared Panels

CSI develops electric IR panels for the flooring industry that can reach very high power density (up to 700 kW/m²). This power enables the lamination of successive polymer layers within a very short processing time.
The infrared panels are suited for both continuous roll-to-roll processes and sheet to sheet operations. IR panels react almost instantaneously, allowing an accurate and efficient temperature control based on pyrometric or line-related information (such as line stoppages, speed variations, changes in product thickness or material kind).
