EBLab 200 Gen 3, the new Electron Beam conveyor reference for laboratories

Building on a decade of excellence since 2012, the EBLab 200 Gen3 represents the next evolution in laboratory electron beam (EB) processing. Designed for demanding research and industrial facilities, this third-generation unit combines high-energy performance with unprecedented modularity.

Engineered with compact, sealed ebeam lamps, the system delivers a maximum beam energy of 200 keV, achieving doses up to 450 kGy in a single pass. Researchers benefit from total atmospheric control—utilizing nitrogen inerting or ozone extraction—to master oxygen-sensitive or inert chemistries.

Key Advancements of the Gen3:

Ø  Integrated Efficiency: A self-shielded, "all-in-one" unit housing the high-voltage supply and closed-loop cooler.

Ø  Enhanced Throughput: Increased power of 4 kW and a treatment width of 350 mm, supporting samples up to 15 mm thick.

Ø  Next-Gen Conveyance: A unique pass-through system allowing seamless entry/exit.

Ø  Hybrid Capabilities: Direct interconnection with IR or UV conveyors to pioneer Dual Cure radiation technologies.

Ø  Industrial Precision: Siemens PLC control with a digital touchscreen for precise speeds between 3 and 30 mpm.

As the first of its kind to enable combined radiation testing, the EBLab 200 Gen3 is the ultimate tool for formulators seeking to optimize coating performance and surface aesthetics.
